What is DEBTS?
It is the Daiwa Electronic Bond Trading System via Bloomberg. It gives you the ability to trade on real time prices in a variety of Fixed Income products in US dollars, Euros and Japanese Yen. Our page can be found by typing DSEL<GO>. This is our single dealer page listing our products by category. Our prices can also be found on BBT and ALLQ.

We offer straight through processing on our Yen bonds up to the value of Yen100million. We also offer Repo electronic trading via Bloomberg's "request for quote" function (RPOQ).
What are the trading hours?
Currently, our prices go ive at 08:00 and close at 16:00 London time.
How do I sign up?
By accepting the "DEBTS Agreement and Sign Up" found on DSEL16<GO>. By completing a simple form with your serial number and UUID, which will then be submitted to both the front office and the compliance department for approval and set up. If you are not an existing counterparty with us then the setup process of a new account may take slightly longer than an existing counterparty sign up. In order to set you up as an account with us, we require your latest financials, Settlement details including Telephone and Fax numbers. You can also sign up via the function RFE<GO>, however by submitting this request you will still be accepting the terms and conditions as detailed under the DEBTS Agreement and Sign Up.
How do I trade?
A number of bonds on our system are switched on for "automatic execution" on DEBTS up to a certain size. All others are executing on the Bloomberg standard "pending" status. Trades can be submitted on ORDER or an INQUIRY basis. Inquiries are used when the size you wish to trade is larger than the size on screen, or for an inquiry to be sent to multiple dealers..
You can also trade directly with DSEL without having to enter the DSEL screen or ALLQ. This can be done by doing the following:
