We specialise in arranging distribution into Japan and Asia as well as Europe and the Middle East for privatisations and other major international issues, and we advise on valuation and structuring of both new equity issues and equity-related instruments such as convertible and exchangeable bonds.
Japanese Issuers
Japanese issuers international activities in the equity capital markets are also served by the ECM team in London which arranges the distribution of equity and equity-related instruments to investors in Europe, North America and Asia-Oceania through Daiwa's worldwide sales networks in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid, Geneva, Bahrain, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Melbourne.
